INDUSTRIAL PAINTING & WATERPROOFING COMPANY, Inc. Terry Dancey and John Mello founded IPW in 1969.  The partners recognized a need existed to provide premium quality painting and coating services to selected commercial and industrial accounts located in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas. Through the ensuing years, under the same ownership and successful guidance, IPW has grown to become the major supplier of premium service and high quality work that is recognized by corporate accounts throughout the Western United States (including Hawaii).

IPW provides their services to municipalities, hospitals, all utility companies, amusement parks, and hotels as well as the largest privately held corporations in America.

IPW is fully staffed with highly trained engineers who have been licensed, approved and accredited to complete large, unique and the most difficult of painting, coating, waterproofing and restoration projects.
